The short version
TradePA is a subscription app for UK tradespeople. It’s £10 a month, with two weeks free and no card needed to start. You can cancel anytime. Use it for your legitimate business, keep your login safe, and don’t use it to break the law. These terms set out the deal between us.
Who you’re contracting with
The agreement is between you and Intelligent Admin Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as TradePA — a company registered in England & Wales, company no. 17362857, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. 1. The service
TradePA provides an AI assistant that helps you create quotes and invoices, book jobs, write your payment reminders and organise your trade admin. We work hard to keep it reliable, but it’s a tool to assist you — you remain responsible for checking and approving what goes out to your customers. Quotes, invoices, certificates and payment reminders are never sent until you send them, and they go out from the mail app on your own phone. Three emails do go automatically, from your business name with replies coming to you: booking confirmations, 24-hour appointment reminders and payment receipts. You can switch each one off in the app at any time.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your login secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be running a genuine trade business and be old enough to enter a contract.
3. Free trial, price & cancellation
Your first two weeks are free and don’t require a card — four weeks if you sign up with a mate’s referral code. After that it’s £10 / month billed via Stripe, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and you won’t be charged for the next period; we don’t offer pro-rata refunds for part-months unless the law requires it.
4. Your customers’ payments
Where you take card payments from your own customers, those are processed by Stripe (Stripe Connect) under Stripe’s terms. We facilitate the connection; we’re not a party to the payment between you and your customer, and the money is yours.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use TradePA to send spam, harass anyone, break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You’re responsible for the content you create and send, and for complying with the rules that apply to your trade (including consumer, tax and marketing law such as UK GDPR/PECR when you contact your own customers).
6. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but can’t promise the service will never be interrupted. We may update features, and we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms or the price.
7. Liability
TradePA assists with your admin but doesn’t replace your professional judgement, your accountant, or your legal obligations. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the assistant’s output — always check quotes, invoices and figures before they go out. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
